Nursery Manager Opportunity

About the Role:

Bretsa Recruitment is seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our newly opened nursery in the Lewisham Borough. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and supportive environment for our children and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of qualified childcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to children.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Ofsted and EYFS regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Owner to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient operation of the nursery.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of the nursery.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 relevant childcare qualification (or above).
  • Good knowledge of Ofsted and EYFS regulations.
  • Previous management experience in a childcare setting.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team of childcare professionals.
  • Friendly, approachable, and positive attitude.
