Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective day-to-day management and administration of our Retirement Living housing developments.
  • Carry out viewings and allocation visits, welcoming and helping new tenants to settle in.
  • Conduct site Health & Safety checks and building management.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience of a similar role and industry.
  • Full clean driving licence and use of your own vehicle.
  • Basic DBS check.
