**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Flexographic Printing Specialist to join our team at Taylor Higson. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining flexographic printing machines to produce high-quality packaging and labels.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Operate and maintain flexographic printing machines to ensure consistent print quality and efficiency.
  • Monitor the printing process to identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure production targets are met and deadlines are achieved.
  • Maintain accurate production records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead and supervise machine operation by communicating effectively with your team.
  • Ensure that all printed materials meet the required specifications and quality standards.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in the corrugated industry with relevant experience of flexographic printing.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • PC literacy and ability to use software applications relevant to the role.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with work colleagues and communicate clearly.
  • Able to achieve results by setting high standards and committing to clear objectives.

**Working Hours:**

We operate a one-week rotating shift pattern, with shifts ranging from 6am to 9pm, including early finishes on Fridays.

**Salary:**

The salary for this role is negotiable depending on experience, and we offer a competitive package to attract the best candidates.
