About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and passionate individual to join our team as a School Cook and Nutrition Manager. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of meals and snacks daily, ensuring high standards of quality, presentation, and service.

You will work closely with the catering team and manager to ensure that all food safety and health and safety procedures are maintained, and that the company's reputation for excellent food and service is enhanced with clients and customers.

Additionally, you will assist with the count/ordering processes, manage food safety and health and safety records, and provide support to the team in maintaining a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience managing food safety and health and safety records, as well as experience working with special diet children and managing allergy records.

They will be passionate about delivering an efficient service, maintaining high food safety standards, and enhancing the company's reputation for excellent food and service.

They will also be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.
