Job Summary

The Nottingham Community Housing Association is seeking a skilled Energy Efficiency Project Manager to lead the delivery of energy efficiency works across 1000 homes in the East Midlands. As a key member of the Retrofit team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our Environmental and Sustainability Strategy. If you have a passion for energy efficiency and a proven track record in project management, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate retrofit projects across the East Midlands region
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including PAS 2035 and PAS 2030
  • Monitor health and safety on site and ensure adherence to CDM 2015 regulations

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field (e.g., building, construction, or environmental science)
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
