Digital Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Digital Analyst to join our team at ACCA. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Digital Analytics Lead in delivering the measurement strategy by generating key insights; monitoring performance and effectiveness of our digital activity, enabling optimisation and driving further efficiencies.

The ideal candidate will have proven multi-year hands on experience working in Adobe Analytics, with a track record of delivering insight driven web analysis. They will also possess strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Digital Analytics Lead in delivering the measurement strategy
  • Collaborating with Brand & Marketing to share trend based analysis, early warning indicators and opportunities on campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborating with the Digital Centre of Excellence Team to deliver data requirements through the implementation of a data layer and Adobe Launch tags
  • Collaborating with stakeholders around the business to support optimisation of the different journeys, sub-domains in the digital ACCA estate
  • Identifying patterns in customer behaviours and contributing to personalisation strategy for targeted offerings across the customer journeys
