Trainee Payroll Administrator Role
">Supremesearchspecialists is a dynamic accountancy practice based in the South of England.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our payroll team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in payroll administration, with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and payroll software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and run weekly/monthly clients' payrolls on IRIS Payroll Professional or Staffology software.
- Complete payroll journals for posting to the nominal ledger as required.
- Deduct pension contributions and make pension payments to the provider.
- Deal efficiently and sympathetically with internal and external payroll queries.
- Prepare letters informing clients of their PAYE liabilities.
- Set up new payrolls as appropriate.
- Provide technical guidance on payroll and auto-enrolment queries.
