Job Title: Clinical Systems Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Systems Manager to lead our clinical systems within Radiology at East Cheshire NHS Trust.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Trust's RIS (Radiology Information System) and PACS (Picture Archiving Communications System) systems, ensuring they are used efficiently and effectively.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Trust's RIS and PACS systems
  • Coordinate with department heads, service providers, suppliers, and the Trust's IT department
  • Ensure the systems are used efficiently and effectively
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate level qualification or equivalent experience in an NHS organisation
  • HCPC registration
  • BSc Radiography or equivalent in a relevant subject area
Key Skills:
  • Experience working with NHS computer systems
  • In-depth specialist knowledge of the Trust's computer systems and Radiology software systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to input and manipulate data and information from system databases
  • Ability to accurately work under pressure and to tight time scales
