About the Role
As a Contract Support Officer at Hilton Community Services Ltd, you will be responsible for championing our customer service standards and providing high-quality support to tenants. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team and make a real difference in people's lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with tenants and their families to ensure they receive individualised support that exceeds their expectations.
- Deputise for Service Managers and mentor Team Leaders and Support Workers to ensure consistent high-quality support.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with tenants and staff.
- Able to deputise for Service Managers and lead by example to promote high-quality support.
- Experience working in a similar role or within a community services setting.

- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
