About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant in Kinmel Bay. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care, including continence support, washing, and dressing
  • Manage medications and administer as required
  • Cook and prepare hot meals
  • Help with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Provide companionship and reassurance to our clients

Requirements

We are looking for someone with a kind and caring nature, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. A driving license and access to a vehicle for work are preferred, but not essential. We offer a flexible approach to shifts, including mornings, days, evenings, and nights, with every other weekend off for work-life balance.
