Electrical Manager Opportunity

Parr Facilities Management is seeking an experienced Technical Manager - Electrical to lead our electrical services team in Belfast.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of engineers to deliver exceptional service and maintain company profit levels.
  • Work on tight budgets and timeframes to complete projects.
  • Prepare quotations for remedial works and hold regular meetings with clients.
  • Occasional travel to train staff members and on-site works when required.
Requirements:
  • Electrical NVQ level 3 or higher.
  • 2391 Testing and Inspection certification.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Proven experience in inspection and testing commercial properties.
  • NICEIC & RECI accreditations and standards.
  • Previous experience in line managing a team of electricians.
