About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Development Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for leading the mechanical design and development of new products, collaborating closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Production) and external partners (suppliers, approval authorities) to deliver innovative and high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop prototypes using 3D printing and evaluate production options;
  • Provide support through the design, build, and testing phases;
  • Design and develop complex mechanical components and systems;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in mechanical engineering.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent;
  • Proficiency in Autodesk/Inventor 3D design software;
  • Experience in product development and injection-moulded components;
  • Familiarity with shockproof and waterproof enclosure design;
  • Knowledge of electronic integration with mechanical designs;
  • Experience with Altium/M-CAD and synthetic over-moulding;
  • Understanding of folded sheet metal component design;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
