We are seeking an experienced Fleet Administrator to join our team at Northern Ireland's leading motor trade group. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide essential support in maintaining and improving our fleet management processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to customers for all aspects of service, maintenance, and repair using our in-house fleet management software.
- Deal with aftersales queries, prioritising and authorising scheduled work on various vehicles and fleets.
- Effectively handle vehicle breakdowns and accident management.
- Communicate with customers in a professional, polite manner.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service environment is essential.
- Experience within a service department would be highly advantageous.
- Excellent IT skills are necessary.
- A confident communicator who can speak with customers professionally and personally.
- Capable of establishing and maintaining strong working relations with clients.
- Strong time management and organisation skills.
