About the Role

Leeds Supply Service Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Pre-Internship Education Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the school's staff, you will play a vital role in developing employability skills in learners with EHCPs.

This challenging yet rewarding opportunity involves teaching on Tuesdays and Fridays, with the flexibility to adapt to the needs of the students. You will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, building strong relationships with students, parents, and school staff, and monitoring student progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement engaging lesson plans to cater to the unique needs of learners with EHCPs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and school staff.
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources.
Requirements:
  • Strong educational background and relevant teaching qualifications.
  • Proven experience working with learners with EHCPs or similar special needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 per annum
