Job Title: Country Director - UK Operations

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the UK business strategy, aligning with NORQAIN's adventurous and independent brand ethos.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with premium retail partners, medias, buyers, and key stakeholders who align with NORQAIN's spirit.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the luxury goods industry, preferably with experience in the watch or jewelry sector.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability in a competitive market.
