Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Children's Newly Qualified Social Worker to join our team. As a Newly Qualified Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of our service users and contributing to the delivery of our strategic objectives.
About the Role
As a Children's Newly Qualified Social Worker, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of children and young people, developing and implementing care plans, and working closely with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our comprehensive training and development program.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £32,076 per annum (rising to £34,834 per annum) (pro rata for part-time), plus a joining payment of £1,500, plus £4,000 retention payment upon successful completion of the ASYE (Assessed and Supported Year in Employment) programme. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including a hybrid contract, flexible working arrangements, and a comprehensive pension scheme.
