Role Overview
Connect2SocialWork is seeking a skilled Social Worker to join their Children and Families Team on a locum basis. As a Senior Social Worker - Child Protection Specialist, you will work with children, young people, parents, and families to identify and address early signs of social, emotional, health, or behavioral issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake direct observation of practice and provide effective feedback to ensure quality assurance.
- Obtain user feedback and involvement to improve service delivery.
- Work within service guidelines, statutory guidance, and legal frameworks.
- Respond to needs identified with the family by delivering evidence-based interventions.
- Support colleagues and partners to develop evidenced-based practice.
Requirements
- SWE Registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
