Role Overview

Connect2SocialWork is seeking a skilled Social Worker to join their Children and Families Team on a locum basis. As a Senior Social Worker - Child Protection Specialist, you will work with children, young people, parents, and families to identify and address early signs of social, emotional, health, or behavioral issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake direct observation of practice and provide effective feedback to ensure quality assurance.
  • Obtain user feedback and involvement to improve service delivery.
  • Work within service guidelines, statutory guidance, and legal frameworks.
  • Respond to needs identified with the family by delivering evidence-based interventions.
  • Support colleagues and partners to develop evidenced-based practice.

Requirements

  • SWE Registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Post-qualified experience
  • Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
