Manufacturing Planner

Danfoss GmbH is a leading manufacturer of power solutions, and we are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Planner to join our team in Havant, Hampshire, UK.

We offer an attractive salary package, including a competitive annual salary of £40,000 - £55,000 depending on experience, plus benefits such as pension scheme, life insurance, and paid time off.

As a Manufacturing Planner, you will be responsible for maintaining and issuing production plans to meet customer requirements using MRP and collaborating with manufacturing stakeholders. You will also review 5-day forecasts and plan production with the support of the manufacturing team to achieve maximum line efficiency. Additionally, you will release work orders to the manufacturing area, ensure required documentation and/or system transactions are executed, and daily update past due and OTD plant trackers.

To succeed in this role, you should have manufacturing industry experience, knowledge of ERP MRP systems, material/production scheduling experience, six-sigma skills, and knowledge of production and inventory management. Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential. APICS CPIM Certification is desirable but not essential.
