Family Support Specialist

Carepro Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced Family Support Worker to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our staff, you will provide critical support to families and children in need, ensuring their well-being and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide practical assistance and guidance to families, promoting a stable and secure environment for children.
- Assess and address risk factors, such as domestic abuse and substance abuse, to minimize harm and promote positive outcomes.
- Work closely with parents and caregivers to develop effective strategies for supporting children's needs.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS clearance (Vulnerable Children & Adults) and registration on the Update Service.
- A minimum of five years' experience in a relevant field, with a strong track record of supporting vulnerable children and families.
- Able to work flexibly, including ad-hoc and long-term assignments.
