About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join our team at KPI People Ltd. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for performing routine servicing, repairs, and health checks on vehicles to manufacturer standards. What We Offer
* Competitive basic salary up to £36,000 per annum
* Uncapped bonus scheme
* 42-hour working week with 4 or 5 day shift patterns
* No Saturdays

Your Responsibilities
* Perform routine servicing, repairs, and health checks on vehicles to manufacturer standards
* Carry out cambelt, clutch, gearbox & engine repairs/replacements
* Conduct electrical & mechanical diagnostics
* Participate in new car PDI's & used cars multi-point checks
* Complete warranty repairs
* Perform MOT tests (if qualified)

Requirements
* Minimum NVQ Level 2/3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
* 12 months post-apprenticeship experience as a vehicle technician
* Full UK driving license
