Senior Diagnostic Technician Vacancy

KPI People Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Diagnostic Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in diagnosing and rectifying complex vehicle failures.

The successful candidate will possess a Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance, along with manufacturer accreditation as a diagnostic technician. A minimum of 2 years of post-apprenticeship experience is required.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior professional to lead our team in resolving complex vehicle faults and delivering exceptional customer service.

Expected Salary: £42,000 per annum, based on experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the diagnosis and rectification of complex vehicle failures in accordance with manufacturer standards.
  • Supervise Cambelt, Clutch, Gearbox & Engine Repairs/Replacements.
  • Oversee Electrical & Mechanical Diagnostics.
  • Manage Mechanic Warranty Repairs.
  • Carry out MOT Tester duties to DVSA standards (if qualified).
Requirements:
  • Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance.
  • Manufacturer Accreditation as a Diagnostic Technician.
  • Minimum 2 years of post-apprenticeship experience.
  • Full and clean UK Driving Licence.
