About the Role

Porsche Centre Glasgow is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join their Aftersales Department as a Trainee Service Administrator. This critical role supports the Service Management Team, Service Advisors, and Warranty Administrator in ensuring the smooth operation of the Service Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare paperwork for retail customers, working closely with the Sales Team to ensure flawless preparation of used vehicles.
  • Support the Warranty Administrator in all aspects of the Porsche warranty process.
  • Assist with internal and external invoicing, as well as incoming telephone enquiries.
  • Participate in internal training to develop skills in creating job cards, filing, and other administrative tasks.

About You

We are looking for an individual with previous experience in a similar role or a similarly demanding position. Experience with Kerridge/ADP is not essential but would be advantageous. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have strong administration skills.
