About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading and managing teams, with a strong focus on SEND and inclusion. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve outcomes for our students, and for leading our curriculum design and quality assurance processes.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of our students and staff. You will have experience of working with young people with complex learning needs, and a deep understanding of how these needs impact on learning and behaviour in the classroom.

You will be a strong communicator and team player, with the ability to build relationships with staff, students and parents. You will also have a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our students.
