Job Summary

The Director of AI Portfolio Management at Bell Integration is responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to position and market the company's AI solutions and services. This involves using market research and customer insights to align services with customer demand, craft compelling positioning and messaging, enable sales team effectiveness, and implement successful AI go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Portfolio Go-to-market Strategy:
  • Conduct market research and customer insights to understand market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
  • Define and articulate the AI portfolio's unique value proposition, differentiators, and messaging that resonates with the target market.
  • Maintain and add to the service portfolio catalogue, coordinating launch planning with cross-functional teams.

2. Sales Enablement:
  • Develop comprehensive training materials and programs to ensure the sales team has the knowledge and tools to sell the portfolio effectively.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date sales collateral, such as pitch decks, demos, data sheets, and case studies that support the selling process.

3. Lead/Demand Generation Support:
  • Craft and execute an AI content strategy that includes blogs, whitepapers, videos, and other materials to attract and engage prospects.
  • Assist in creating focused AI content-rich marketing campaigns to generate leads through various marketing channels.

4. Portfolio Adoption & Customer Lifetime Value:
  • Develop resources and programs to ensure customers are successfully onboarded and understand how to use the service effectively.
  • Train customers and partners on sales, presales, consulting, and support teams.
  • Build customer relationships to promote retention, gather feedback, and encourage positive word-of-mouth and case studies.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong AI strategic thinking, translating market trends and customer needs into a viable go-to-market strategy and practical initiatives. They will adopt a customer-centric and business value-driven approach, understanding the customer journey and buying process. Additionally, they will conduct competitive analysis, monitoring and reporting on competitive movements and market trends to maintain and enhance the competitive position.
