Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious leader to join our Science Faculty as Head of Science Department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in delivering high academic outcomes in Science, and will be able to inspire colleagues and sustain a culture of excellence within the faculty.

The Science Faculty at Ashmole Academy is well-resourced and has a dynamic team passionate about igniting curiosity in students for the wonders of science. Our innovative curriculum empowers students to think critically like scientists, and we strive to inspire and nurture the next generation of science specialists.

The successful candidate will line manage the Heads of Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Psychology to maintain a culture of excellence, aspiration, and care within the faculty.
