CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead our end-client\u2019s team and ensure the environments are not just functional, but exceptional. As a Facilities Manager, you\u2019ll play a pivotal role in shaping the experiences of everyone who walks through the doors.

This is a permanent opportunity, working between 2 sites in Darlington, County Durham.

Package:

\u2022 Competitive salary between £35,000 - £38,000 per annum (depending on experience)
\u2022 Core hours are Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)
\u2022 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Responsibilities:

\u2022 Manage all aspects of the client\u2019s facilities, from maintenance and repairs to renovations and improvements
\u2022 Lead and motivate a team of maintenance staff, ensuring everyone works together seamlessly towards our goals
\u2022 Cultivate strong relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality services and cost-effective solutions
\u2022 Develop and oversee budgets for facility operations and capital projects, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently
\u2022 Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all staff

Requirements:

\u2022 Proven experience in facilities management or a related field
\u2022 Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
