{"The Opportunity": "We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Night Concierge to join our team at a prestigious private residential development in South West London. As a key member of our Concierge team, you will provide exceptional 5* service to all residents and their visitors, offering lifestyle services and dealing with all requests.

Responsibilities:

* Meet and greet residents, visitors, and suppliers
* Efficiently manage the lobby and lounges, ensuring tidiness throughout
* Respond to all incoming emails and efficiently follow up on requests
* Respond to complaints in a professional manner, acting as a problem solver
* Main point of contact for resident requests
* Perform health and safety checks and conduct visual inspections of the site
* Liaise with the housekeeping and maintenance team regarding any issues

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Concierge/Receptionist at a 5* hotel or luxury residential development
* Strong communication skills
* Tech savvy
* A natural team player
* Immaculate appearance, presentation, and personal brand

Must have: Driving Licence Type B. This is an essential requirement.
