Lead Bar Operations

The May Fair Hotel is seeking an experienced Head Bartender to lead our bar operations team. As a leading hotel in London, we offer an exciting opportunity for a skilled bartender to drive excellence in our bar operations and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a highly skilled bartender with excellent knowledge of drinks menus, including cocktails, fine wines, and champagnes. You will be responsible for leading the bar operations team and ensuring that all drinks are served to specification and presented to a high standard.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, including delegating tasks and motivating team members. You will also need to maintain par stocks in the bar, complete the pre-opening checklist, and report any discrepancies such as spillages and breakages.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, so you must be able to multitask, work well under pressure, and provide excellent customer service.
