About the role:

Collins King & Associates Limited is seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to join their team. As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and delivering an exceptional guest experience at one of Chelsea's top modern British restaurants.


The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a talent for curating innovative drinks menus that meet the high standards of our discerning clientele.


We are offering a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.


In this role, you will be responsible for leading a talented team of bartenders, managing stock levels, ensuring high standards of service, and maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers.


To be successful in this position, you will need excellent leadership and communication skills, a proven track record of success in a similar role, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.
