Electrical Mobile Maintenance Engineer Job Description

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Electrical Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a range of commercial contracts with sites around London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks, including lighting, emergency lighting, control panels, and BMS systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial building equipment, including pumps, motors, and plumbing systems.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure all equipment is functioning correctly and make any necessary repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues or concerns to the site management team.
  • Work collaboratively with other engineers and site staff to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in commercial building maintenance, with a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles and systems.
  • Multi-skilled with the ability to work unsupervised to a high quality.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to work effectively with site staff and management.
  • Relevant qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering.
