About the Role:

Pertemps TM is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team as a Mobile Electrical Engineer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing electrical maintenance services to our commercial property portfolios across Central London and the Home Counties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out planned preventive maintenance tasks, including lighting maintenance and fire alarm weekly bell checks.
  • Working on a mobile basis, visiting commercial properties to perform electrical maintenance tasks.
  • Ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards, adhering to relevant electrical regulations and codes of practice.
  • Providing excellent customer service, communicating effectively with clients and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • 18th edition wiring and regulations knowledge.
  • A clean driving license with no more than 6 points.
  • At least 3 years' experience in electrical maintenance within commercial properties.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £40k basic.
  • A company van and fuel card for business use.
  • 20 days' holiday plus 8 bank holidays.
  • A call-out rota with a £100 standby payment.
  • Overtime available on Saturdays, regularly.
