Head of Primary Care Finance Business Partnering

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of POD/Primary Care Finance Business Partnering to join our team at Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West ICB.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional financial management services to the ICB, ensuring financial information is produced and reported in accordance with ICB requirements.
- Ensure budgets are set in accordance with ICB requirements and that all decisions on changes to service provision within the ICB are made with full knowledge of long and short-term financial consequences.
- Lead the ICB Delegated Primary Care & POD team, providing overall professional leadership and management to all aspects of Primary Medical Care and delegated POD allocations.
- Manage and coordinate team resources to produce accurate, complete, and timely periodic internal and external financial reports and monitoring returns.
- CCAB qualified accountant with considerable post-qualification experience at a senior level.
- Significant post-qualification experience in a financial management role at a senior management level.
- Extensive knowledge of NHS financial regime, acquired through equivalent experience or training.
- Experience of national tariffs, assessing value for money opportunities, and evaluating transformation projects.
- Subject matter expertise across several key areas relating to corporate performance reporting and monitoring.
