We are looking for a Personal Injury Team Leader who will be based in our Pre-Litigation Personal Injury team in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the work they do, the service they provide and getting the best results for their clients.

The Team Leader will oversee, develop and coach the pre-litigation personal injury team, ensuring the smooth running of the department and providing the best service to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing capacity and ensuring workloads are distributed evenly across the team.
  • Support, develop and motivate the team through regular 1-2-1's and meetings.
  • Ensuring a high-level quality of service is provided at all times.
  • Embodying and being a keen ambassador for the firm's values.
  • Progressing your caseload to ensure clients receive appropriate and professional legal advice in a timely and efficient manner, while managing their expectations.
  • Managing your own caseload from inception to completion.
  • Ability to work to deadlines/targets and to prioritise a varied caseload.

About you:

  • Ability to positively motivate and support team members.
  • Clear, focused and determined approach to problem solving.
  • Effective communicator at all levels of the business.
  • Experience within personal injury & credit hire.
  • Ability to provide a high level of client care.
  • Previous experience in Personal Injury and credit hire.
