We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Team Lead to join our team at Ideal Personnel & Recruitment Solutions Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential conveyancing and be able to manage and run their own caseload with minimal supervision.
The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with client cases from initial instruction to completion, liaising with clients via email, telephone, and in person, and receiving and issuing correspondence/mail from/to clients, estate agents, and third parties.
Key responsibilities include:
- Dealing with client cases from initial instruction to completion under minimal supervision.
- Liaising with clients via email, telephone, and in person.
- Receiving and issuing correspondence/mail from/to clients, estate agents, and third parties.
- Time recording all work undertaken.
- Attending outside appointments and training courses as required.
- Reporting to and acting on instruction from the head of department.
- Generating new business for the department and the firm.
- Adhering to Quality and work management Systems.
- Achieving Key Performance Indicator targets, development targets, and evaluating marketing of the Residential team.
- Being flexible in supporting other members and undertaking other areas of work within the department as needed.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be able to meet deadlines, and work well under pressure in a team environment while managing client expectations.
