Job Title: Senior Wayfinding Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Wayfinding Consultant to join our Transportation team in central London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert wayfinding design and strategy services to clients across a broad range of projects and environment types.

About the Role
  • Develop and manage wayfinding projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality results and meeting client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated wayfinding solutions that meet the needs of clients and users.
  • Conduct site visits and gather information to inform wayfinding design and strategy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve wayfinding design and strategy.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in wayfinding design and strategy, with a strong portfolio of projects.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong commercial knowledge and skills, with the ability to develop and manage budgets and proposals.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Design Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Demonstrable project and people management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality reports and presentations.
