Health and Fitness Lead

We are looking for a motivated Duty Manager to join NR Health and Fitness Club Dereham. The successful candidate will have a strong background in team management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for fitness.
Main Duties:
- Working alongside the manager to manage a busy fitness club
- Delivering and training fitness activities
- Training, developing, and managing a team of staff
Requirements:
- Strong leadership abilities and team management experience
- GCSE or equivalent qualification (preferred)
- Fitness management experience: 1 year (preferred)
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary for this role is £24,000.00 per year, plus additional pay for meeting financial KPIs. We also offer a range of benefits, including a company pension scheme and employee discount.
