Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through phone and email communications.

  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance your knowledge and skills in the insurance domain.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 12 months of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional telephone manner.
  • The ability to meet agreed service levels and performance metrics.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of £22,300 per annum, with potential for slight increases based on relevant experience. The role includes a hybrid working arrangement, allowing for a combination of office and remote work.

Additional Information

Office hours are Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts required. Time off in lieu will be provided for weekend work.
