Job Summary:

Austin Fraser seeks an IT support desk technician to provide day-to-day support to users on various computer systems. This role involves problem-solving with hardware and software issues and growing into 3rd line support.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve hardware and software issues for users
  • Maintain critical systems ensuring they are operational and issues are resolved promptly
  • Develop and deliver management information
  • Provide urgent and ad-hoc IT issue resolution
  • Flexible work including weekends may be required
Requirements and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have technical skills in hardware and software, including IT infrastructure, databases, and email. Additionally, expertise in Windows Operating Systems and mastery of Microsoft Products are required.

Benefits:
