About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team at Autism Pathways. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key role in providing high-quality support to individuals with Autism, ensuring their safety, well-being, and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to support staff in delivering person-centered care
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to meet the unique needs of each service user
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the service
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a leadership role in a care setting
  • 23 years' experience working in a similar specialist setting (adults' Autism, learning disabilities, or complex behavioral needs)
  • Currently hold or be willing to undertake a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Full valid UK driving license with willingness to travel occasionally within the region as required
