Disability Assessment Specialist - Healthcare Professional

Ingeus UK is seeking a skilled Healthcare Professional to join their team as a Disability Assessment Specialist. This role is part of the Department for Work and Pensions' (DWP) Health Transformation Programme, focused on transforming the benefit application journey.

The successful candidate will be trained to audit PIP assessments delivered within DWP Assessment Centres, while collaborating with the research and development team to improve service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the NMC as a Registered Nurse - Adult with a full licence to practice
  • Approval to deliver PIP telephone assessments
  • Minimum 2 years post-NMC registration experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Right to work in the UK
