Job Overview

The Coatings Sales Advisor will support customers by processing coatings sales orders on the LKQ Coatings operating systems. The role will also be responsible for taking inbound sales calls and making regular outbound calls to designated customer bases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to customer base
  • Processing sales orders and pick notes for the relevant branch
  • Processing inbound e-orders
  • Processing mixed paint orders with paint room
  • Taking initial customer service queries
  • Back-order processing
  • Counter sales support where applicable
  • Communicating regularly with the Sales Manager

Requirements

  • Candidate must have customer service experience
  • Good communication skills
  • A strong eye for detail, especially when completing stock back orders and maintaining communication at all times with customers
