Job Description- Support young people in developing life skills and independence
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless support
- Communicate effectively with young people, colleagues, and external partners
The estimated salary for this role is £26,500 per annum. This includes a competitive pay rate of £25,400 per annum plus £1,100 car allowance, mileage, and on-call allowance.
What We Look For- A Full UK driving licence is required for the role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
