We are seeking an organised and self-motivated Part-Time Projects Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating project schedules, liaising with clients and internal teams, preparing comprehensive project documentation, and assisting in the planning and execution of project tasks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage project schedules and timelines to ensure smooth project operations from initiation through to completion.
  2. Client Liaison: Regularly liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met, providing regular updates and status reports to relevant stakeholders.
  3. Project Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, ensuring all records are properly maintained.
  4. Task Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of project tasks, working closely with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  5. Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise, communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

Requirements:

  1. Microsoft Office 365 Suite: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  2. Hours and Salary: Up to 30 hours per week (6 hours per day, Monday to Friday) with a salary of up to £25,000 per annum dependent on experience.
  3. Holiday Entitlement: 22 days (plus bank holidays) holiday PA rising to 30 days with annual leave.
