Our Apprenticeship Program
We're looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals who are eager to start their career in engineering. Our apprenticeship program is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this field. You'll spend the majority of your first year at a carefully selected training provider, learning from experienced instructors and gaining hands-on experience.
What You'll Learn
During your apprenticeship, you'll have the opportunity to learn a range of skills and techniques, including:
- Machining and bench fitting
- Electrical fundamentals
- Quality assurance and control
- Systems engineering and maintenance
What We're Looking For
We're looking for individuals who are passionate about engineering and have a strong desire to learn and develop their skills. You'll need to have a minimum of 5/4 GCSEs in Maths and English, and have demonstrated your initiative and drive through extra-curricular activities.
What's Next
Once you've been selected for our apprenticeship program, you'll be invited to participate in an assessment conducted by our training provider. We'll make contact with all individuals concerned prior to this. By submitting your application, you give consent for your details to be shared with our training provider for the purposes of progressing your application.
