About the Role:

  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.
  • Provide a visible deterrent within the store to prevent and detect potential security threats.
  • Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service and support.
  • Deal with difficult situations in a safe and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular patrols of the store premises to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Monitor CCTV systems to detect and respond to security incidents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Complete accurate and detailed reports of security incidents and observations.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional approach with a balanced sense of judgment and a keen eye for detail.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
  • A valid SIA Licence or have applied for one.
  • A full five-year checkable employment history.
