## Job Title: Community Psychiatric Nurse

## Job Description:

Compass Associates is collaborating with a leading provider of private mental health and wellbeing services to find experienced RMN nurses for their new CAMHS inpatient facility. This facility is a partnership between the private sector and the local NHS trust to address a void in Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas for young people to be placed in a CAMHS facility closer to home. The facility will have 12 inpatient beds for children aged 13 to 18.

## Key Responsibilities:

* Work in a state-of-the-art facility being built specifically for this service
* Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals to provide excellent treatment to service users
* Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
* Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families
* Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions

## Requirements:

* Experience of working within a Mental Health setting
* Hold a valid NMC registration, free of cautions and convictions unless justifiable
* Ability to work flexibly, including 3 weeks of 3's and 3 weeks of 4's
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
