We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at our stunning Maidstone Frasers showroom. This role requires weekend availability and involves advising customers on inspirational ideas to fulfill their needs.

  • Foster a welcoming environment, encouraging customers to explore our store and browse our range
  • Maintain our high showroom standards and visual merchandising
  • Provide customers with expert advice and support, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and working to find solutions within our range
  • Process sales quotations and orders efficiently, ensuring accurate customer information records
  • Embody the Frasers Group brand, leading by example in endorsing our culture and standards
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest product and interior trends
  • Prior retail experience, particularly in the interiors/furniture sector, is essential
  • Strong sales experience and trend awareness to support customers in styling their rooms and homes
  • Ambitious and confident, with a strong can-do attitude
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences
  • A collaborative mindset, driving fresh and innovative ideas
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT
