Job Title: Quality & Governance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality & Governance Specialist to join our team at Antony James Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing proactive and responsive support to the CEO and Senior Management Team in the areas of governance and quality management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and Senior Management Team, including liaison with external contacts and ensuring the smooth running of the Assistant Directors' area of responsibility.
  • Undertake a range of tasks delegated by the AD/RI, including administering meetings, preparing agendas, and attending and minute meetings as required.
  • Work as part of the Quality and Governance Team to provide a pro-active and responsive service to the Directors and Assistant Directors in support of their responsibilities for quality management.
  • Share best practice around quality with the team, working together to influence the culture of the organisation and engage and activate staff teams to achieve the highest standard of quality.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of governance and quality management principles.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
