Exciting Opportunity for a Skilled Carpenter

We are seeking a highly experienced Carpenter to join our team as a vocational training specialist. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to small groups of learners, helping them develop their skills, knowledge, and behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver vocational-based training to learners, focusing on carpentry and related trades.
  • Develop and implement training programs that cater to the needs of our learners.
  • Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective training environment.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 Vocational qualification in Carpentry or a related trade.
  • Substantial experience in carpentry and vocational training.
  • Ability to display a range of training methods to engage learners.
  • Desirable: teaching or assessing qualification.
