About the Role

As a Mathematics Educator with the National Skills Agency, you will play a vital role in supporting learners achieve their GCSE goals. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the development of our learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality support to learners, focusing on GCSE delivery and Functional Skills as needed.
  • Conduct initial assessments and diagnostics to understand each learner's starting point and skills development needs.
  • Lead group sessions in academies, fostering a supportive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with peers and managers to enhance curriculum planning, ensuring alignment with client and awarding body standards.
  • Monitor learner progress, attendance, and performance, providing timely reports to management.
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans (ILPS), setting SMART targets and reviewing progress regularly.
  • Utilize e-portfolio systems to track learner engagement and quality teaching samples.
  • Coordinate examination bookings for Maths and SLC assessments, ensuring timely completion.
Salary

£35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
